Product Manager II - Financials, Access & Integrations (Fintech)

TL;DR

Location: Remote (US). Must be based in the US (excluding AK, CA, HI, MT, NY, ND, RI, VT, WY). Work visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $130,000 – $150,000

What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Financials, Access & Integrations development team.
• Build and optimize a secure multi-rail disbursement platform to ensure total financial control.
• Conduct customer interviews and surveys to identify pain points and translate insights into product solutions.
• Manage and groom the product backlog, defining epics and features in collaboration with design and engineering.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure features are well-communicated and adopted.
• Leverage data and analytics to drive prioritization, scoping, and design decisions.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of product management experience within B2B SaaS environments.
• Demonstrated experience with fintech, payments, transactions, or financial products.
• Proven track record of leading payment controls and product integrations.
• Ability to own the full product lifecycle from opportunity identification to performance measurement.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams.
• Must be based in the USA; no visa sponsorship provided.
