TL;DR
Product Manager II (Fintech): Leading the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a secure multi-rail disbursement platform with an accent on eliminating friction in money movement and enforcing financial control. Focus on managing complex product integrations, conducting customer discovery, and driving data-driven prioritization.
Location: Remote (US). Must be based in the US (excluding AK, CA, HI, MT, NY, ND, RI, VT, WY). Work visa sponsorship is not available.
Salary: $130,000 – $150,000

What you will do
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Financials, Access & Integrations development team.
- Build and optimize a secure multi-rail disbursement platform to ensure total financial control.
- Conduct customer interviews and surveys to identify pain points and translate insights into product solutions.
- Manage and groom the product backlog, defining epics and features in collaboration with design and engineering.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure features are well-communicated and adopted.
- Leverage data and analytics to drive prioritization, scoping, and design decisions.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of product management experience within B2B SaaS environments.
- Demonstrated experience with fintech, payments, transactions, or financial products.
- Proven track record of leading payment controls and product integrations.
- Ability to own the full product lifecycle from opportunity identification to performance measurement.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams.
- Must be based in the USA; no visa sponsorship provided.
