What you will do
- Manage company credit cards and employee expenses, ensuring correct coding and receipt collation.
- Support the project system (CMap) by converting projects to live status and issuing purchase orders to suppliers.
- Prepare and distribute sales invoicing to clients and ensure transactions are correctly reflected in accounting records.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of project costs against accounting records in coordination with the Finance Director.
- Manage the finance email inbox and produce weekly reports on timesheet entries.
- Maintain secure filing and archiving practices according to company office procedures.
Requirements
- Experience in finance administration or general accounting support.
- Proficiency in Excel for expenditure analysis and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry and financial reconciliations.
- Must be based in or able to commute to Salisbury, UK.
