Location: Hybrid - 3 days in the Warrington office

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (pro rata)

What you will do

• Manage daily finance operations, including invoicing, accruals, journals, and month-end processes.
• Prepare and review management accounts (P&L, GP, and net profit) against the budget.
• Oversee credit control activities and support cash flow forecasting and financial planning.
• Coordinate monthly payroll with external providers and manage employee expenses and credit card reconciliations.
• Handle HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes, and offboarding.
• Maintain accuracy across internal systems and identify process improvements for finance and HR workflows.

Requirements

• Strong experience in finance operations and financial reporting.
• Proven ability to manage payroll coordination and HR administration.
• Proficiency in working with financial systems, such as Xero.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage a varied workload.
• Must be based in the UK and able to work from the Warrington office 3 days a week.
