What you will do

• Develop scalable infrastructure strategies integrating cloud (Azure) and on-premises solutions, including active/active data centers.
• Design and manage enterprise storage (NetApp/EMC), backup (Commvault), compute/virtualization (VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, Azure VMs/AVD), and networking (Cisco, Arista, Fortinet, SD-WAN).
• Lead and mentor infrastructure engineering team, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement.
• Implement security measures, ensure compliance (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS), and optimize for performance, cost (FinOps), and monitoring.
• Automate processes using IaC (Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell) and evaluate emerging technologies like AI/ML infrastructure and containerization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; 5–8 years in infrastructure engineering, 2+ years in leadership/senior role.
• Expertise in storage/backup (NetApp, EMC, Commvault), compute/virtualization (VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, Azure), networking (Cisco, Arista, Fortinet, Aryaka SD-WAN, Juniper Mist).
• Proficiency in Azure (IaaS, PaaS), scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell), IaC (Terraform, Ansible), monitoring tools, ITIL/ServiceNow.
• Strong knowledge of protocols, firewalls, load balancing, segmentation; desirable certifications (CCNP, Azure, VMware VCP, NetApp).
