Network Engineer

What you will do

• Run production network infrastructure supporting core platform, products, and services, focusing on availability, performance, and quick incident resolution.
• Collaborate with customers, sales, product management, and engineering teams to design, build, and operate network solutions aligned to customer needs.
• Measure and optimize network performance and reliability, providing enablement to Infrastructure Operations Center during escalations.
• Build reliable network systems amplified by documentation and automation for peer and team utilization.

Requirements

• Fluent English: verbal and written communication required
• Participate in rotating 24/7 on-call rotation
• 3+ years of IT experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• ITSM foundation training required; experience with BGP required
• Strong understanding of network troubleshooting, TCP/IP, VLANs, public cloud connectivity, IPsec VPN, VXLAN, EVPN, Spine/Leaf, VRF
• Competency in one or more public cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure, IBM Cloud)
• Experience with multi-tenant network environments; proficient with Microsoft Office

Nice to have

• Experience with OSPF, Arista, Cisco, Cumulus, Mellanox, VMware NSX-T
• Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, git, Python, Go)
• Modern telemetry-based monitoring (Telegraf, gNMI, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus)
