TL;DR

Addressable Sales Executive (Media): Building and maintaining relationships with key agency stakeholders to maximize revenue from Addressable advertising products (AdSmart, VOD, Programmatic) with an accent on consultative selling and campaign management. Focus on driving advertiser spend and delivering commercially sound proposals through proactive agency engagement.

Location: Hybrid (3 days per week in London/Osterley). Must have the appropriate right to work in the UK; no sponsorship is provided.

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end agency interactions for AdSmart and VOD campaigns, serving as the primary contact for briefs and delivery.
  • Drive revenue by engaging face-to-face with agency stakeholders to position hirify.global Media as the preferred partner.
  • Advocate for the full hirify.global Media portfolio and identify new revenue opportunities via consultative selling.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to develop commercially sound proposals aligned with targeting strategies.
  • Analyze post-campaign performance and present recommendations to clients to improve retention and upsell.
  • Monitor campaign delivery in partnership with offshore teams to ensure SLAs are met.

Requirements

  • Degree educated or a minimum of 6 months of Media/Sales experience.
  • Sound knowledge of the hirify.global Media portfolio and the wider media marketplace.
  • Proven ability to develop relationships with agency planners and buyers.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Appropriate right to work in the UK is required (no sponsorship available).

Nice to have

  • Experience driving and delivering revenue targets using a proactive approach.
  • Confidence in presenting product suites to internal and external key stakeholders.
  • Experience using Salesforce and Office 365.
