What you will do

• Own the vision, requirements, and delivery of a suite of software tools for game developers.
• Lead cross-functional software teams and manage the product roadmap in collaboration with UX, engineering, sales, and marketing.
• Drive strategy and execution from concept to market, ensuring milestone commitments and business targets are met.
• Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to translate technical insights into value.
• Oversee go-to-market strategies and conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy.
• Analyze product performance using data-driven insights to maintain and prioritize the product backlog.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software product management experience working specifically with game developer software.
• Strong understanding of the PC game developer tools ecosystem and market.
• Practical experience working with Gameplay QA, Unity, and Unreal Engine.
• Proven track record of launching at least 2 well-known public IP or public-facing initiatives.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-centered product features.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a cross-functional environment.
