TL;DR

Location: Home based, UK (with occasional travel to the London office)

What you will do

  • Manage learner onboarding and admissions processes via the EDUKATE.AI LMS platform.
  • Schedule workshops and coordinate booking for trainers.
  • Provide timely support and resolution for learner and customer queries to ensure a gold standard service.
  • Coordinate on-programme delivery elements, including Functional Skills and apprenticeship assessments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement operational process improvements.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM or similar operational software for data input and process management.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • A growth mindset focused on proactively finding new solutions.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the apprenticeships sector or a similarly regulated environment.
  • Experience building workflows in HubSpot.
  • Experience mapping processes using tools like Lucidchart.
