Location: Must live within a commutable distance of the Milton Park office in Oxfordshire (minimum 3 days per week in-person).

What you will do

• Develop and execute PPC strategies aligned with key business objectives.
• Manage the full PPC campaign lifecycle, including planning, set-up, optimization, and reporting.
• Identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement across PPC campaigns.
• Collaborate with regional teams and analytics to optimize spend and maximize ROI.
• Maintain expertise in the latest PPC trends and developments.
• Manage workflow priorities and timings in cooperation with process managers.

Requirements

• Experience with Google Ads (and preferably GA4) is a must.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven proposals.
• Strong time management and the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Must be based in the UK within commuting distance of Oxfordshire.
