What you will do

• Own the day-to-day execution of paid search activity for app-store campaigns on iOS and Android.
• Lead and coach several Account Executives, managing their workload, output, and professional development.
• Devise strategic media plans and translate them into flawless campaign delivery and performance optimization.
• Act as a primary point of contact for the Global Hub and manage critical client and supplier relationships.
• Establish and maintain performance tracking best practices and ensure operational excellence.
• Contribute to the wider Paid Search community through internal training and events.

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK is required.
• Proven experience in line managing people and overseeing their development.
• Deep Appstore search knowledge with current Google Ads and Apple Search Ads certifications.
• Strong expertise in tracking mobile/app campaigns and understanding complexities across operating systems.
• Proficiency in bid management and PPC platforms such as SA360, Google Analytics, and GMP.
• Advanced data analysis skills and mastery of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Experience using Google Data Studio or similar reporting platforms.
