What you will do

• Drive the evolution of the code quality framework to support business growth.
• Define and advocate for top-tier coding principles and architectural best practices across all teams.
• Act as a technical lead and mentor by hosting workshops to elevate collective engineering skills.
• Lead the implementation and administration of SonarQube, including rules, quality gates, and reporting.
• Partner with architects to integrate quality checks as a frictionless part of CI/CD processes.
• Advocate for system stability and maintainability during technical design discussions.

Requirements

• Strong programming skills in Java (highly preferred), JavaScript, or Python.
• Practical experience with SonarQube or similar quality automation tools.
• Solid grasp of system design, design patterns, and CI/CD pipeline automation.
• Proven leadership skills in mentoring and coaching diverse teams.
• Fluency in English.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Warsaw, Poland.
