What you will do

• Investigate existing backend services and distributed systems to understand architecture.
• Design and implement scalable backend solutions primarily using Golang.
• Lead MVP delivery from technical discovery through implementation.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders across multiple domains and teams.
• Contribute to maintainable backend architecture and communicate technical findings clearly.

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience with Golang.
• Deep background in backend development, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Experience with event-driven architectures using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or AWS SQS/SNS.
• Solid knowledge of relational databases and testing practices (unit and E2E).
• English: sufficient for direct communication with international teams.
• Location: Must be based in Wroclaw, Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python.
• Familiarity with MongoDB, Elasticsearch, GraphQL, or JVM languages.
• Experience working in fast-paced MVP or startup-like environments.
