Salary: 205,000–285,000 PLN per year

Requirements

• Previous work or internship experience designing, developing, and launching backend systems at scale using Python or Kotlin.
• Familiarity with distributed systems building blocks and technologies like AWS, MySQL, Kubernetes.
• Ability to turn simple problems into solutions interacting with multiple components, writing clear, tested, extensible code.
• Comfort navigating large codebases, debugging, and providing code review feedback.
• Ownership of growth, seeking feedback proactively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with global engineering team.
