What you will do

• Lead the design and development of backend services and integrations between platform components and blockchain layers.
• Drive technical strategy and end-to-end delivery for blockchain-integrated systems.
• Guide the engineering team on implementation, quality, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver complex scalable solutions.
• Produce technical documentation, including C4 and UML artifacts.
• Ensure system reliability through event-driven architecture and automated testing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in backend and distributed systems development.
• Must be based in Poland.
• Strong expertise in blockchain architecture, L2 solutions (rollups, sidechains), and wallet transaction lifecycles.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and event-driven reliability patterns.
• Proven experience as a Technical/Team Lead with ownership of technical decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience with LangChain, MCP tooling, RAG, and modern vector databases.
• Knowledge of AWS or Azure and cloud-agnostic design.
• Background in fintech, data platforms, or private markets domains.
