HR Generalist (Commercial)

HR Generalist (Commercial): Act as dedicated People & Strategy partner for Commercial teams across Belgium and the Middle East with an accent on full employee lifecycle management and local implementation of global HR programs. What you will do

• Act as People & Strategy partner for Commercial teams (Solution Sales, Partner Sales, Solution Consulting, Commercial Operations) in Belgium and Middle East, supporting workforce planning, team development, and organizational changes.
• Manage full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to development, engagement, and offboarding.
• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, time and attendance reporting with payroll team.
• Support regional recruitment for commercial roles including sourcing, interviews, and hiring manager collaboration.
• Drive People & Strategy processes like performance management, talent management, and compensation cycles.
• Facilitate employee engagement, culture-building, and global initiatives like Be Well and DEI programs.
• Provide guidance on labor law, HR policies, and compliance.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration with HR focus or comparable training.
• Several years as HR Generalist, preferably in international matrix environment.
• Experience with labor law in Belgium; UAE and Saudi Arabia a plus.
• Fluent in English; good Arabic, French, or Dutch advantageous.
• Strong communication skills to navigate organization levels and unite people.
