What you will do

  • Lead year-end cycles and process management for the Ghent R&D population.
  • Manage employee relations, including performance improvement plans and long-term absence cases.
  • Design and deliver training programs on neurodiversity and inclusion.
  • Coordinate site-level events and recognition programs.
  • Support digital transformation projects, including SharePoint migration and Protime implementation.
  • Facilitate people manager meetings and present new HR frameworks.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch is mandatory.
  • 4–6 years of experience in an HR or People & Culture generalist role.
  • Solid knowledge of Belgian social legislation, employment law, and absence management.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • AI literate and comfortable using digital HR platforms.
  • Ability to work independently on-site in Ghent.
