HR Business Partner (EMEA)

TL;DR

HR Business Partner (EMEA): Supporting IT, Legal, and Communications functions through strategic HR leadership with an accent on organizational change, talent management, and succession planning. Location: Must be based in Belgium, Luxembourg, or Romania. Role is hybrid.

What you will do

• Partner with senior leaders to drive organizational change and strengthen leadership capabilities.
• Act as a coach and mentor to promote growth, inclusivity, and associate advocacy.
• Guide succession planning and talent management initiatives.
• Design and implement HR programs that align with business priorities and improve employee experience.
• Analyze trends and collaborate with HR colleagues to develop strategic solutions.
• Ensure alignment on shared goals across different regions and functions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in HR business partnering or client-facing HR leadership.
• Strong knowledge of local labor law relevant to the base location (Belgium, Luxembourg, or Romania).
• English fluency is required for all locations.
• Dutch fluency is required if based in Belgium.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven track record in organizational design and change management.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in French.
• Knowledge of Dutch for candidates based in Luxembourg or Romania.
