What you will do

• Support leaders and employees through organizational change and restructures with empathy and clarity.
• Act as a trusted advisor and coach for managers on people matters to ensure business goals are met.
• Leverage AI tools and data metrics to identify trends and continuously improve HR support delivery.
• Manage performance management, employee relations, and workplace investigations.
• Partner with leadership on talent reviews, succession planning, and career growth paths.
• Collaborate with People Operations and Centres of Excellence to align on global best practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as an HRBP or HR generalist, preferably in technology or high-growth sectors.
• Post-secondary degree in Human Resources or Business.
• Relevant HR certification such as CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms, Google Workspace, and a strong interest in utilizing AI tools.
• Proven ability to navigate conflict with diplomacy and build trust at all organizational levels.
