What you will do
- Support leaders and employees through organizational change and restructures with empathy and clarity.
- Act as a trusted advisor and coach for managers on people matters to ensure business goals are met.
- Leverage AI tools and data metrics to identify trends and continuously improve HR support delivery.
- Manage performance management, employee relations, and workplace investigations.
- Partner with leadership on talent reviews, succession planning, and career growth paths.
- Collaborate with People Operations and Centres of Excellence to align on global best practices.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as an HRBP or HR generalist, preferably in technology or high-growth sectors.
- Post-secondary degree in Human Resources or Business.
- Relevant HR certification such as CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms, Google Workspace, and a strong interest in utilizing AI tools.
- Proven ability to navigate conflict with diplomacy and build trust at all organizational levels.
