Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Act as a trusted advisor to (E)LT members, providing insights and recommendations on people-related matters.
  • Develop and implement strategic action plans to support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with COEs to implement workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
  • Oversee labor relations and ensure compliance with local labor laws and collective agreements.
  • Lead performance management and talent review processes to create a talent pipeline.
  • Drive DEI initiatives and manage change management processes to ensure smooth transitions.

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in household durables or FMCG.
  • Recent experience acting as a strategic HR business partner for Leadership teams.
  • Deep knowledge of employment regulations and local labor law.
  • Experience in managing large-scale recruitment and organizational change initiatives.
  • Must be based in or be able to work from Amsterdam, Netherlands.
  • Preferably an advanced degree in Business, Human Resources, or Law.
