Salary: €1,200 – €1,300 gross per month

What you will do

• Handle customer, courier, and merchant inquiries via chat to facilitate smooth operations.
• Provide quick feedback, resolve escalations, and manage technical issues.
• Review and respond to user feedback to improve the service.
• Oversee and manage operations within the cities where the company operates.
• Maintain high customer experience standards and monitor daily performance.
• Contribute to quality assurance (QA) and platform management.

Requirements

• Fluency in both Croatian and English is required.
• High school diploma.
• Excellent communication skills, patience, and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle stress, multitask, and make fast decisions in challenging moments.
• Comfort with learning and adapting to new apps and systems.
