Carrier Support (Arabic | English)

Location: Bishkek; remote, hybrid, or office work format available

Salary: €800–€1,200 net per month

What you will do

• Handle carrier complaints forwarded by the support department.
• Investigate service breaches, communicate with carriers, provide guidance, and give feedback on future cooperation.
• Answer carrier enquiries via online chat and phone.
• Help carrier partners activate accounts and submit quotes.
• Identify why carriers have stopped submitting quotes and encourage them to resume using the service.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in customer or partner support.
• Experience in customer service, travel, hospitality, logistics, taxi services, or another high-volume enquiry environment.
• Advanced or higher proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Spoken Russian is an advantage.
