Junior Social Media Support Specialist

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; hybrid model with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote

Salary: €1,300–€1,600 gross per month

What you will do

• Manage Trustpilot, App Store, and Google Play reviews by responding to feedback, requesting additional information, and escalating serious complaints.
• Represent brands on Facebook, Instagram, and other social media pages.
• Engage with users through ad comments, posts, and specialized community spaces.
• Resolve community queries and provide thoughtful, timely support.
• Interact with users to understand their needs and challenges.
• Monitor customer feedback across platforms and report key insights to the team.

Requirements

• Experience in social media or customer support.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
• Strong customer orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent English is required.
• Curiosity, creativity, and willingness to contribute to a growing team.
