What you will do

• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing sampling team across North America, providing daily coaching and performance management.
• Oversee the accurate and timely production of flavor samples and application blends aligned with R&D formulations.
• Standardize sampling practices, workflows, and organizational structures across all North American sites.
• Ensure full adherence to GMP, HACCP, hygiene, environmental, and safety regulations.
• Manage resource planning, budgets, and monitor KPIs to drive data-based continuous improvement.
• Partner with R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Princeton, NJ.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in food, beverage, flavor, fragrance, or ingredient production and lab operations.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a lab, pilot plant, or production environment.
• Strong understanding of GMP, HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Experience managing multi-site or regional operations.
