What you will do

• Perform chemical, physical, and microbiological analysis of beverages, syrups, and raw materials.
• Conduct sensory analysis on bulks and finished products throughout the production shift.
• Perform daily and weekly calibrations of lab equipment and maintain general laboratory upkeep.
• Execute filling line quality inspections, including temperature, torque, and weight checks.
• Verify cleaning and sanitation effectiveness using pre/post-operational inspections and ATP swabbing.
• Manage batch records and enter technical information into the SAP ERP system.

Requirements

• Associates degree in a science-related field.
• 2+ years of experience working in a laboratory environment.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Must be able to work onsite in Cartersville, US.
