What you will do

• Oversee laboratory operations across Avon and Avon Lake, OH sites to support sales and facility operations.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance programs for the sampling of processed products and wastes.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Lead weekly safety meetings and enforce all required safety training and certifications.
• Manage laboratory instrumentation, layout, and space planning for current and future growth.
• Lead talent development, manage performance, and foster a high-performing culture for direct reports.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Avon, OH.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a process or industrial laboratory environment.
• High School Diploma or GED (required); Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a science-related field preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and develop staff.
• Ability to qualify for and wear a full-face respirator.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work near operating mechanical parts.
