Salary: $54,188 - $127,500

What you will do

• Implement and administer the Quality Control Plan, perform daily inspections, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Prepare material submittals, Daily Quality Control Reports, and maintain records of inspections, tests, and materials.
• Attend pre-construction meetings, coordinate third-party testing, and monitor job site operations for quality and safety.
• Exercise stop-work authority, develop procedures for unacceptable materials, and ensure adherence to noise, dust, and utility protocols.
• Ensure compliance with HSEQ guidelines, OSHA, and USACE standards.

Requirements

• 6+ years in construction with a commercial/industrial general contractor, including 2+ years in quality control.
• Experience on multiple projects of $5M+ annual volume.
• Extensive knowledge of building codes and engineering principles.
• Strong verbal/written communication and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field highly desired; safety and QC certifications desired.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ProCore, Adobe.
