What you will do

• Supervise a small security team to deliver an outstanding service to all staff.
• Ensure a consistent and visible security presence at Lenton HQ and East Midlands Gateway.
• Plan and maintain agreed staffing levels across sites.
• Lead investigations into site incidents and take appropriate action.
• Implement and enforce security policies, protocols, and procedures.
• Manage day-to-day team operations and provide necessary training to staff.
