What you will do

• Assess and diagnose hearing loss using audiometric tests and report results with referrals to medical practitioners
• Recommend hearing solutions including amplification, implants, medical interventions, and assistive devices
• Provide counselling, advice, and aural rehabilitation programs to clients and families
• Assist in developing noise control and hearing conservation strategies
• Treat and manage age-related, disability-related, or acquired hearing and communication disorders

Requirements

• University Audiology qualification or TAFE Audiometry Qualification
• Current membership (CCP) or eligibility for AudA or ACAud + current QP number
• Solid audiological skills, customer care, and passion for client experience
• Ability to learn new software, achieve KPIs, and network with GPs and allied health professionals
• Well-developed interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills + commitment to CPD
• Good team working skills

Nice to have

• Experience with Phonak, Unitron, or innovative hearing tools like online Speech Perception Test
