• Deliver exceptional client experience via counselling, product education, and personalized recommendations
• Conduct hearing loss evaluations and recommend best-fit solutions
• Provide continuous care for existing clients to maintain strong relationships
• Handle verbal and written correspondence with clients, families, physicians, team, and third-party payees
• Make a meaningful difference in clients' lives through audiology services

Requirements

• Licensed with one of Canada's provincial regulatory bodies or colleges as Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Practitioner
• Passionate about client service and holistic care
• Confident in selling solutions and driven to impact lives
• Curious about audiology science, new technology, and client needs
• Students or those needing internship towards license also welcome
