What you will do
- Deliver exceptional client experience via counselling, product education, and personalized recommendations
- Conduct hearing loss evaluations and recommend best-fit solutions
- Provide continuous care for existing clients to maintain strong relationships
- Handle verbal and written correspondence with clients, families, physicians, team, and third-party payees
- Make a meaningful difference in clients' lives through audiology services
Requirements
- Licensed with one of Canada's provincial regulatory bodies or colleges as Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Practitioner
- Passionate about client service and holistic care
- Confident in selling solutions and driven to impact lives
- Curious about audiology science, new technology, and client needs
- Students or those needing internship towards license also welcome
