What you will do

• Direct SDLC industrialization by integrating R&D AI outputs into core delivery lifecycle and corporate functions.
• Act as hub-and-spoke manager syncing AI Champions across the firm to capture, standardize, and scale innovations.
• Own AI innovation backlog, roadmap prioritization balancing corporate and delivery demands based on impact and feasibility.
• Manage transition of prototypes to industrialized tools integrated into departmental workflows.
• Lead change management, define KPIs for AI adoption, and report efficiency gains to executives.
• Collaborate on AI governance ensuring data privacy and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Exceptional English skills for presenting to C-suite and clients.
• 7+ years of management experience in program management, innovation leadership, or digital transformation.
• Matrix leadership mastery to align diverse stakeholders from CxO to delivery leads.
• Business polymath fluent in finance (ROI), legal (compliance), and delivery (velocity, quality) languages.
• Operational excellence with builder mindset to automate and scale manual processes.
