Sr. Lead Counsel, Employment (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Act as a strategic adviser to business leadership and HR on employee relations and commercially-driven legal solutions.
• Draft and review employment agreements, separation agreements, and corporate policies.
• Advise on recruitment, terminations, performance management, internal investigations, and global labor law compliance.
• Lead the employment aspects of M&A deals and oversee complex multi-jurisdictional projects.
• Manage employment law disputes and litigation.
• Collaborate with Compensation, Payroll, and Benefits teams on variable compensation plans and training.

Requirements

• 10+ years of legal experience, including tenure at a top-tier law firm or multinational tech company.
• Must be a qualified lawyer in France, Spain, or Israel.
• Strong expertise in employment law within your home jurisdiction and willingness to master EMEA laws.
• English: Fluent proficiency (C1+).
• Proven ability to evaluate risk and provide practical guidance in a fast-paced environment.
