What you will do

• Build and ship AI-driven tooling solutions for the engineering organization to improve development efficiency.
• Develop platform features and outputs (e.g., markdown) specifically designed for LLM consumption.
• Research and integrate AI agents or swarms to resolve complex functional and performance bottlenecks.
• Evaluate current functional and non-functional testing tools to embed AI capabilities.
• Maintain and scale robust platform infrastructure using microservice architecture in a cloud environment.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Mexico
• 2-4 years of professional experience as a platform, performance, or software engineer building internal tools.
• Hands-on experience with AI developer tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar.
• Strong background in large-scale distributed systems, specifically within AWS.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with type-checked functional programming to ensure platform modularity and correctness.
