What you will do

• Design and implement agent-augmented engineering workflows using tools like Claude Code and Cursor.
• Build internal AI-driven tooling for code quality, scaffolding, and automated migrations.
• Optimize PR cycle times and time-to-first-deploy metrics for the engineering organization.
• Develop agentic task execution systems that handle bug fixes and small feature PRs.
• Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to ensure high adoption of new developer patterns.
• Establish and maintain data-driven feedback loops to measure and improve developer experience.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• Proven background in DevEx, developer productivity, or platform engineering.
• Strong full-stack engineering experience with a track record of shipping real systems.
• Deep AI-native fluency with experience building workflows around LLMs and agent orchestration.
• Ability to define and track metrics to measure engineering productivity improvements.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead workshops and write technical documentation.

Nice to have

• Track record of building and successfully scaling AI-native engineering workflows.
• Public writing, technical talks, or open-source contributions in the developer-tooling-meets-AI space.
