What you will do

• Own the technical roadmap, architecture, and tooling for the SRE/Platform domain.
• Define reliability strategies including SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, and incident management maturity.
• Lead complex cross-team infrastructure initiatives and manage production Kubernetes clusters at scale on AWS.
• Drive AI enablement to automate platform operations, intelligent alerting, and self-healing infrastructure.
• Mentor senior engineers via code reviews and design feedback to improve engineering quality.
• Collaborate with the Security team on platform hardening and compliance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering.
• Deep expertise in designing, operating, and scaling production Kubernetes clusters.
• Strong proficiency with AWS and infrastructure-as-code using Terraform.
• Proven experience with reliability frameworks (SLOs/SLIs) and observability tools like Datadog or Grafana.
• Practical experience applying AI tools to infrastructure, operations, or developer tooling.
• English: High proficiency required as it is the company's standardized language.
