What you will do

• Prepare and implement releases and hotfixes within the productive IT application landscape for the North American business side.
• Coordinate and continuously update the release plan based on the defined scope and communicate changes.
• Collaborate with agile development teams to manage change requests and produce comprehensive release documentation.
• Work closely with Test and Release Managers to ensure the stability and smooth testing of all releases.
• Evaluate risks regarding timelines and dependencies for major project releases and develop mitigation strategies.
• Define, update, and document approval processes in alignment with established release cycles.

Requirements

• Professional experience in release management.
• Knowledge of SAP Logistics Software.
• Basic knowledge of non-SAP in-house developments and Salesforce.
• Experience working within a project-based environment.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW4HANA, and SAP MDG.
• Knowledge of SAP cloud solutions including CPQ, FSM, SAC, and DWC.
• Proficiency with SAP Solution Manager and RealTech SmartChange transport tools.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, RemedyForce, or ServiceNow.
