TL;DR

What you will do

  • Develop and implement customized Salesforce solutions and automate complex business processes.
  • Administer and maintain the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) process, including updates and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure compatibility between Salesforce applications and Microsoft 365 systems.
  • Create Power BI reports and dashboards to support business decision-making and performance monitoring.
  • Coordinate end-to-end testing, document business requirements, and execute change requests.
  • Define detailed implementation plans, including deadlines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements

  • Mid-level professional experience in Salesforce development.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201).
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Information Systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
  • Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid format in Voluntari, Romania.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Experience in CRM development and/or IS/IT project management.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
