GTM Automation Engineer (Salesforce)

What you will do

• Develop and implement Sales and Marketing automation solutions on Salesforce.com in partnership with business stakeholders.
• Build integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST APIs, authentication, single sign-on, Heroku Connect, and other data management systems.
• Investigate complex technical issues, identify root causes, fix defects, and develop debugging tools.
• Analyze functional and business requirements and align changes with the Salesforce stack and architecture.
• Provide user support, training, documentation, and basic platform customization.
• Collaborate with CIS, product, development, testing, and business teams in an agile environment.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant developer experience with solid Salesforce customization and configuration experience.
• Development experience with Salesforce configuration, Apex, and Lightning Components.
• Experience with Salesforce deployment processes, APIs, and automation of system integrations.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues, identify root causes, and recommend both immediate and long-term solutions.
• Experience working in an agile development team and managing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Heroku, Python or Node.js, microservice architectures, Salesforce CPQ, and Mulesoft.
