Senior SAP SD Consultant with German

Location: Remote, Romania; service region: Eastern Europe. Some travel may be required depending on project circumstances.

What you will do

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SD solutions aligned with business requirements and SAP best practices.
• Facilitate fit-to-standard workshops, blueprint sessions, and business process design workshops with stakeholders.
• Analyze client processes and translate requirements into scalable SAP SD solutions, including core SD processes, SAP Fiori applications, and integrations.
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with developers on enhancements, reports, forms, interfaces, and custom developments.
• Coordinate unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, defect resolution, hypercare, and go-live support.
• Deliver training and knowledge transfer, maintain documentation, and mentor junior consultants and project team members.

Requirements

• Fluent German and English.
• Solid experience with SAP SD, including strong SAP SD customizing and SD/LE processes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP integration, and standardized SAP solutions.
• Experience leading design workshops and fit-to-standard implementations.
• Knowledge of Advanced Available-to-Promise, complex system landscapes, and standardization versus customization decisions.
• Experience in large-scale ERP transformation projects and collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
