Location: Hybrid in Wayne, NJ, US (must work 3-4 days a week in-office)

Salary: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

What you will do

• Provide technical support for the development of new processes and products.
• Update engineering specifications, change notices, and manufacturing SOPs in the Document Management System.
• Run test protocols and perform analysis on test data and materials.
• Execute process validations including pull testing, measuring, and visual evaluations.
• Verify packaging material artwork including labels, pouches, and cartons.
• Troubleshoot fixtures and electronic equipment.

Requirements

• 2+ academic years of education in Mechanical, Biomedical, Electrical Engineering, or similar.
• Proficiency with CAD tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Fusion 360.
• Ability to work 35-40 hours per week from spring 2026 through spring 2027.
• Knowledge of measurement devices (micrometers, calipers) and ability to read engineering drawings.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Wayne, NJ.

Nice to have

• Experience with Minitab software for statistical analysis.
• Strong technical writing skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Experience working in a lab environment.
