What you will do

• Partner with HR leaders to translate business challenges into analytical hypotheses and provide strategic recommendations on talent strategy and workforce planning.
• Develop and deploy predictive models for turnover, skills gaps, demand planning, and high-performer identification using advanced analytics and AI tools.
• Deliver workforce analytics, trend analysis, and forward-looking insights to HRBPs, Finance, and business stakeholders via tailored reports and dashboards.
• Design advanced visualizations and storytelling narratives in PowerBI and PowerPoint to influence executive decisions.
• Manage data extraction, wrangling, and governance from HRIS like Workday and SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring quality and compliance with GDPR.
• Champion AI literacy and data fluency across the HR team and organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years in people analytics, workforce intelligence, data science, or related role, preferably in global complex organizations
• Proven track record in predictive analytics models, data storytelling, and influencing senior leadership
• Expert in PowerBI, Workday reporting/Prism, data manipulation, and AI evaluation
• Strong business acumen to connect people data to financial and strategic goals
• Bachelor’s in data-focused field (Statistics, CS); Master’s preferred
• Hybrid work in Exton, PA office, 40 hours/week
