Salary: $115,800 - $173,600

What you will do

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles.
• Manage Kanban workflows and optimize throughput in continuous delivery environments.
• Coordinate across multiple teams using SAFe for synchronization and dependency management.
• Develop and maintain project roadmaps, release plans, and risk registers.
• Track KPIs and communicate status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile roles and responsibilities to strengthen organizational agility.

Requirements

• Must pass U.S. Federal Government public trust clearance (requires U.S. citizenship or specific residency/visa criteria).
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• 3+ years applying Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe methodologies in complex environments.
• Proficiency with Agile project management tools like Azure Boards, MS Planner, or Jira.
• Strong understanding of Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down, cumulative flow).
• Must be able to operate within the Eastern time zone (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM).

Nice to have

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Agilist, or equivalent Agile certification.
• Experience managing data-driven or AI/ML projects in cloud environments (Azure preferred).
• Experience working in government programs and/or regulated environments.
