Salary: $24.00/hour total (including shift premium) + $4,000 sign-on bonus

What you will do

• Operate machines and tools safely and according to standard work procedures.
• Verify part accuracy using functional gauges and devices.
• Interpret blueprints to produce parts according to print specifications.
• Complete production control charts and in-process verification paperwork.
• Perform Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) tasks to ensure machine longevity.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Working knowledge of blueprint reading.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Experience with multiple fabrication processes adhering to standard work.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.
• Commitment to wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
