What you will do

• Develop and maintain strong strategic relationships with key industry analysts to enhance hirify.global’s visibility.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Management to execute analyst relations programs for specific solution areas.
• Drive awareness of hirify.global’s solutions, vision, strategy, and portfolio differentiation among analysts.
• Execute core AR activities including briefings, inquiries, reporting, and vendor ratings management in Gartner Magic Quadrants, IDC MarketScapes, and Forrester Waves.
• Prepare company spokespeople for analyst interactions and manage incoming requests for information and references.
• Produce AR content like presentations and research notes; track and report on AR metrics and progress.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years in corporate analyst relations, preferably in cybersecurity or networking
• Proven track record in analyst relations teams
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills for fast-paced projects
• Deep understanding of Gartner Magic Quadrant, IDC MarketScapes, and Forrester Waves processes
• High energy, self-motivation, ability to work independently and manage ambiguity
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (advanced degree preferred)

• Existing strong relationships with key industry analysts
• Experience producing and editing AR content
• Architect software experience
