TL;DR
Team Manager Corporate Communications and Initiatives (Fintech): Driving internal communications and employee engagement for with an accent on channel management and corporate initiatives. Location: Hybrid (Toronto/Mississauga). Current work authorization for Canada is required.
Salary: $110,000 – $129,000 CAD

What you will do
- Lead the content strategy, governance, and daily operations of the company intranet (inSite).
- Produce and continuously improve "The Week Ahead" weekly enterprise-wide meeting, including programming and technical production.
- Manage the Volunteerism program strategy and calendar to drive community impact and participation.
- Oversee the Voice of the Employee (VoE) program and support the rollout of Medallia listening tools.
- Manage end-to-end corporate affairs initiatives within the 2026-2028 Business Plan.
- Serve as deputy to the Manager of Corporate Communications for high-level communication strategies and change management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience producing live/virtual employee programs and writing executive communications.
- 1-2 years of experience managing or supervising people.
- University degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience.
- Current work authorization for Canada is required.
- Strong editorial judgment and ability to work with senior leadership.
Nice to have
- Experience with intranet governance, CMS, and web analytics.
- Experience with employee listening programs and feedback tools.
- Professional certification in change management or project management.
- Membership in professional associations like IABC or CPRS.
