What you will do

• Project manage rollouts for multiple locations across regions
• Provide insights and support for strategic/enterprise customers
• Travel to customer sites for implementation, technical support, and hardware installation/troubleshooting including networking devices
• Plan and deliver training sessions for business owners, management, and staff
• Guide customers through setups, implementations, and integrations; follow up with key accounts
• Document installations, network details, and communicate issues to development team
• Represent hirify.global as ambassador for new and existing customers

Requirements

• Passion for technology
• Experience in technical or hardware installation/support
• Flexible availability to work evenings and weekends
• Ability to travel to customer sites (area defined in advance)
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and self-educated; manage own schedule
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
• Strong attention to detail with emphasis on customer service
