What you will do

• Analyze data platform processes related to environment creation and data pipeline setup.
• Evaluate technical workflows end-to-end from a new user's perspective to identify friction points.
• Review technical documentation and internal platform instructions to identify bottlenecks and manual steps.
• Map existing processes and propose practical, incremental improvements to shorten lead times.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and platform teams to represent the user perspective.
• Document findings and recommendations in a clear and structured manner.

Requirements

• Experience or strong interest in data-related processes, data platforms, or technical workflows.
• Background in Data Analysis, Data Operations, Technical Process Analysis, or Business Analysis.
• Ability to work comfortably with complex systems and technical documentation.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Clear communication skills for explaining process dependencies and recommendations.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Databricks.
• Experience with internal platforms, enterprise tools, or regulated environments.
• Understanding of data engineering workflows and cloud data platforms.
• Experience using AI tools for documentation analysis and process mapping.
