What you will do
- Lead delivery of complex Retail customer engagements, providing technical guidance to implementation teams.
- Guide architectural decisions, navigating trade-offs between established and innovative approaches.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, dependencies impacting timelines and goals.
- Produce high-quality deliverables, status reports, program plans, and customer responses.
- Manage program aspects including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and resources with technical focus.
- Serve as escalation point for technical issues, building trust with teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
- US-based in Central, Northeast, Southeast, or West Coast regions
- Proven technical acumen to make sound decisions on trends without hands-on coding.
- Experience managing large complex engagements, mitigating technical challenges, scope-budget-timeline trade-offs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership to influence technical teams and executives.
- Preferred: Experience with BI, data management, big data technologies.
- Ability to multitask multiple engagements with high customer satisfaction.
