What you will do

• Manage end-to-end software lifecycle including requirements, architecture, implementation, integration, verification, and release.
• Develop detailed Gantt charts and use agile tools (Scrum, Kanban) for planning and execution.
• Maintain visibility into multi-workstream initiatives for internal and external customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technical improvements.
• Evangelize software processes and delivery methodologies to achieve program goals.
• Build and maintain roadmaps, track technical issues, drive prioritization, resolution, and root cause analysis.

Requirements

• 2+ years managing software programs as project/program manager, IPT lead, or equivalent in interdisciplinary teams
• Demonstrated cross-functional program management in aerospace, robotics, consumer electronics, or similar
• Experience running agile cycles and/or leading as Scrum Master
• Active risk and opportunity management
• Excellent communication, technical fluency, program tracking
• Project scheduling tools (Gantt, preferably Smartsheet)
• Lead and influence without direct authority
• Familiarity with Jira, Trello, Linear, Notion

• Leading technical programs in infrastructure, complex systems, systems engineering
• Software development as individual contributor
• Vision systems, autonomous/unmanned systems, aerospace platforms, regulated products
• Deep understanding of aerospace/defense hardware lifecycles
