Hybrid Utrecht (NL). Must be based in the Netherlands. Relocation support is not available.
€4,931 - €8,395 monthly (scale 09-10, 36-hour week)

What you will do
- Develop shared financial experiences for saving, spending, and controlling joint finances simply and reliably.
- Understand social money dynamics like trust and agreements, translating them into frictionless products supporting interaction.
- Lead a multidisciplinary squad, collaborating with stakeholders to make product decisions and explore partner or buy-over-build options.
- Turn customer behavior and performance data into insights, scalable solutions, and measurable commercial impact.
- Drive end-to-end impact from problem definition, experimentation, building, launching, to continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master level of working and thinking.
- 5+ years proven experience as Product Owner in DevOps team owning customer-facing digital products.
- Experience with shared/social financial use cases (joint accounts, group payments, budgeting, P2P) or strong affinity.
- Ability to translate social/behavioral money aspects into intuitive product solutions.
- Demonstrated experience with partner integrations and buy-over-build strategies.
- Understand Dutch banking landscape and based in the Netherlands.
- Strong execution, backlog building, ownership, team leadership, and adaptability.
