€4,931 - €8,395 monthly (scale 09-10, 36-hour week)

What you will do

• Develop shared financial experiences for saving, spending, and controlling joint finances simply and reliably.
• Understand social money dynamics like trust and agreements, translating them into frictionless products supporting interaction.
• Lead a multidisciplinary squad, collaborating with stakeholders to make product decisions and explore partner or buy-over-build options.
• Turn customer behavior and performance data into insights, scalable solutions, and measurable commercial impact.
• Drive end-to-end impact from problem definition, experimentation, building, launching, to continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master level of working and thinking.
• 5+ years proven experience as Product Owner in DevOps team owning customer-facing digital products.
• Experience with shared/social financial use cases (joint accounts, group payments, budgeting, P2P) or strong affinity.
• Ability to translate social/behavioral money aspects into intuitive product solutions.
• Demonstrated experience with partner integrations and buy-over-build strategies.
• Understand Dutch banking landscape and based in the Netherlands.
• Strong execution, backlog building, ownership, team leadership, and adaptability.
