Location: Hybrid (1 day per week in Utrecht, Netherlands)

What you will do

• Take end-to-end ownership of AVS products, including CoP, VOP, and non-regulated global schemes.
• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap, building business cases for new features based on impact and revenue.
• Engage with APC stakeholder groups, consortiums, and customers to identify pain points and market requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to align development with business goals.
• Act as a subject matter expert on market trends and competitive intelligence.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager in Payments, managing API or SaaS products.
• Deep understanding of banking goals and structures within the payment domain.
• Proficiency in data analytics and experience with qualitative/quantitative research methods.
• Knowledge of Cross Border payments and SWIFT and their operational impact on banks.
